Sanyo Xacti VPC-E7 ‘all about speed’

The designers had speed in mind when they designed the Sanyo Xacti VPC-E7, one industry commentator has said.
Jamie Harrison, writing for Webuser, stated that the device features a quicker picture-taking mechanism as a means of standing out from a crowd filled with competitors.
The camera’s Touch Sensor technology means that the shutter release button activates much more quickly than many other models.
“Even slightly depressing the button activates the lightning fast autofocus and takes a picture,” wrote the reviewer.
“Sanyo claims a shutter delay of just 0.05 seconds in this mode.”
In addition, the camera’s design means that usability is of a high level, said Mr Harrison, according it four stars out of five. He claimed that the menu is also easy to use, giving a number of picture options for snappers.
Sanyo recently released the Xacti VPC-6AC, a small lightweight device with a unique red and white design.
