Olympus offers “one of a kind”
02 Jan 2008

The Olympus Mju 790 SW has been noted as a “one of a kind camera” in a new review.
Writing for Lets Go Digital, a reviewer has noted that the model has a range of “very special features” which make the model really “stand out from the crowd” the review states.
The model, is capable of withstanding shocks from a height of 1.5 metres and is waterproof to a depth of three metres.
But aside from the special features, the compact offering from Olympus has a range of tools that make it ideal for everyday use.
It comes complete with a 7.1 megapixel sensor, meaning that images appear crisp and sharp, while a three times optical zoom allows for better close-ups to be taken.
The zoom lens remains inside the camera at all times, to help ensure that it remains waterproof.
It also has a 2.5 inch LCD monitor, with a higher resolution than previous models, meaning that images appear clearer.
Olympus released the new camera in November last year.
