07 Jan 2008
It was cameras galore this weekend at Las Vegas’ Consumer Electronics Show (CES), with one Samsung range being noted for its use of the very latest technology.
A total of three cameras were unveiled at the event, which aims to showcase the next and hottest technology products in the world.
According to Dpreview. com, the NV40 was Samsung’s first new creation to be displayed. Ten megapixels and dual-image stabilisation combine with a 3x zoom to make an effective model, while a 2.5-inch display could be ideal for all users prepared to shell out £199.
The NV30 provides eight million pixels for the owner to enjoy, while replacing optical stabilisation to a completely electronic one. It is set to be priced at £179 upon release next month, the website said.
Lastly, the NV4 is labelled the “baby” of the range, utilising eight megapixels and “a more conventional button arrangement”. A price tag of £149 is expected.
This year’s CES runs from January 7th to 10th.
